Spirit of Community

The PTO at Holy Spirit is a very active group that provides support to parents, students and teachers. Through funds that are raised, the PTO provides mini-grants to teachers, assists with the purchase of new equipment, purchases materials for classrooms and sponsors events that promote community while also generating funds.

All school families and teachers are part of PTO. There is no fee to join and all are encouraged to attend and participate in PTO activities.  To get more involved, please attend our next Open PTO Meeting or contact PTO President, Lorri Roberts at lorri@gilroberts.net.

Everyday Fundraising

There are several ways to earn money for the school with little or no effort to you other than an intial set up. Check out these everydays way of raising money for our school.

  • BOX TOP collection is an easy way to help our school. Now it is even easier!

    There is an APP (BOX TOPS BONUS APP) you can download for your android or Apple phone.

    Once you build your account and attach it to HS, it is simple to use. It has printable and digital coupons of all your favorite Box TOP items. Additionally, it captures credit for our school if you scan in your receipts showing the purchase of BOX TOP items. That doesn’t mean we will not collect paper BOX TOPS and certificates received at the checkout line with our receipts.

  • Kroger Community Rewards is the easiest PTO fundraiser EVER. Each quarter the PTO receives more than $1,300 from this program. WOW!

    You must have a Kroger Plus Card and scan it at checkout to participate in this program.

    • To sign up for the program, simply log into your Kroger.com account.

    • Select "HOLY SPIRIT SCHOOL PTO #AL226".

    Joining the Community Rewards Program is FREE and does NOT affect fuel points or other discounts earned.

    Ask grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc to set up. Any Kroger shopper can support our school by signing up for this program!

  • Publix Partners makes supporting students and teachers as easy as 1, 2, 3.

    1. Join Club Publix and log into your account at Publix.com.

    2. In your Club Publix profile, go to Settings, select Choose Publix Partners at the bottom of the page, and select Holy Spirit.

    3. Enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app and a donation will be sent to the school.
