How to Apply

Online applications for the upcoming school year will be accepted based on the enrollment timeline and the order of acceptance below.

Submitting your application does not guarantee acceptance and the application is not considered complete until all required documents and payment of the associated fee are received.  

It is recommended that parents take a tour of the school and connect with Jen Giannone, Director of Advancement, prior to completing an application so both parent and school personnel can make an informed decision.

Timeline for
2026-27 Enrollment

  • September 15 - 30: Holy Spirit School students currently enrolled* in Wee School and PreK 3s will need to re-enroll in PreK 3s or PreK 4s, respectively. Acceptance is automatic and there is no application fee. See the September 13th Falcon News for details.

  • September 15 - 30: Holy Spirit School students currently enrolled* in PreK 4s will need to re-enroll for Kindergarten. Acceptance is automatic with your $200 non-refundable application fee. See the September 13th Falcon News for details.

  • September 15 - 30: Current Holy Spirit School families* are encouraged to submit an application for new siblings. There is a $300 non-refundable application fee for those enrolling in Wee School, PreK 3s and PreK 4s, and a $200 non-refundable application fee for those enrolling in K-8. The order of acceptance will be followed based on availability and enrollment requirements. New siblings enrolled after September 30th will not be guaranteed a spot.   • October 1 at 9:00am - October 30th: Holy Spirit parishioners* are encouraged to submit an application for new students that wish to enroll in the 2026-27 school year starting October 1st at 9:00am. Early submission is strongly encouraged, but applications will be accepted through October 30th. Those who apply after October 30th may not receive parishioner preference. There is a $300 non-refundable application fee. The order of acceptance will be followed based on availability and enrollment requirements. Parishioner status will be verified on September 15th and complete details on the application process will be emailed to current parishioners later that week.

  • November 3rd at 9:00am: Non-parishioner families with new grade 1 - 7 students are encouraged to submit an application for new students that wish to enroll in the 2026-27 school year starting November 3rd at 9:00am. Applications will be accepted until we reach capacity. There is a $300 non-refundable application fee. The order of acceptance will be followed based on availability and enrollment requirements.     Wee School, PreK 3s, PreK 4s, and Kindergarten spots are very limited for the 2026-27 school year. If spots are available, applications will be made available to non-parishioners on November 3rd.

  • November 3rd: Holy Spirit School students currently enrolled* in Kindergarten - 7th grade will be automatically re-enrolled in the 2026-27 school year in the next grade level. No action is required from families.

  • Submitting your application does not guarantee acceptance and the application is not considered complete until all required documents and payment of the associated fee are received.

  • *All current school and parish families must be in good standing academically and financially to be included in this process.

ORDER OF ACCEPTANCE

All currently enrolled students in good standing will be automatically re-enrolled for the next school year. No further action is required. Siblings of current school families in good standing will follow.

Applications for new school families will be accepted based a review of the complete application, verification of parishioner status, and the order of acceptance listed below.

  1. Children of current and participating Holy Spirit parishioners registered within the parish for over one year

  2. Children of current and participating Holy Spirit parishioners registered within the parish for less than one year

  3. Children of current and participating parishioners of another Catholic parish for more than one year documented by a Letter of Good Standing from their current parish.

  4. Children of current and participating parishioners of another Catholic parish for less than one year documented by a Letter of Good Standing from their current parish.

  5. Catholics not registered with a parish.

  6. Students of other faith traditions seeking a Catholic education.

Participating parishioners are those that have been registered with the parish for one year, submitted a complete Stewardship Form and fulfilled their commitment to Time, Talent, and Treasure. After the order of acceptance is complete, applications are reviewed and accepted based on the submission date of the school application at the discretion of the school administration.

Holy Spirit School will not discriminate against otherwise qualified applicants on the basis of sex, race, disability, color, nationality or ethnic origin in the administration of their educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs and athletic or other school administered programs. 

Preference is given to children whose families are registered members of Holy Spirit Parish.  Families interested in joining Holy Spirit Parish may contact the Ministry Center at 893-3982.
