Holy Spirit After-School Care (ASC) Program is a parish program designed for students whose parents need child care beyond school hours. The program is open to students in Wee School through Grade 5 at Holy Spirit School. Our mission is to provide students with opportunities to be in a safe, supervised, nurturing environment, where friendships strengthen and everyone has FUN!
All after-school staff are hired by Holy Spirit School. They are background checked and have completed Safe Environment Training. First Aid and CPR are included in the staff training program.

After School House Location
After School Care is located in the Main School Building. Students enjoy the playgrounds, gym, and Dining Commons. PreK students utilize the preschool classrooms when necessary. Wee School will utilize the After School Care House at 3308 Richard Ave. At 4:30pm, they will join the 3s at the Little Falcon House for pick up.

2026-27 Payment and Registration Information
A $65 registration fee is due at the time of registration. The registration fee is required yearly for anyone attending ASC.
ASC Registration is a full year commitment. Attendance can be flexible but should be communicated to the ASC staff and the Homeroom Teacher. ASC will not be cancelled regardless of attendance.
Program Rates (Wee School through 5th grade):

Student 2 Total $5,294.04
Student 3 Total $7,355.08
*If you have more than one child attending Holy Spirit Afterschool Care full-time you will see the sibling discount applied automatically at the completion of enrollment. No code is needed.
Drop In Rates (Wee School through 5th grade): $40 per day
We are pleased to offer drop-in rates for the 2026-27 school year! Families must be fully registered and have paid the annual registration fee to take advantage of drop-in service. In addition, families must email our ASC email at holyspiritasc@hssfalcons.org at least 24 hours in advance to request a drop in day. Drop-in care is not permitted during Derby Week.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
Registration for the 2026-27 school year will be from April 13th at 9:00am through May 15th at noon. While registration will be on a first come, first serve basis, we are confident that we will be able to accommodate most families for the upcoming school year. If your family is placed on a waitlist due to capacity, please know that we will work very hard to move families off the waitlist as we can.
Payments are collected from July 2026 – April 2027 if you elect to enroll in the 10-month payment plan. All ASC drop in fees must be paid in full by May 25, 2027.
Snow days will follow the school calendar.
No drop-ins will be accepted during Derby Week.
ASC is CLOSED TO ALL STUDENTS on any days that school is not in session, inclement weather days and the following dates in the 2026-27 school year:
Orientation Days - August 10 & 11
Salt & Light Reception - September 10
Day for Christmas Break - December 18
Fish Fry Days - February 19 & February 26
Conference Days - October 7 and 8; February 10th and 11th
Professional Development Days - September 21, October 13, November 3, March 8
Day before Last Day of School (May 21-28 based on snow days used)
CANCELLATION POLICY
ASC is a Full Year Commitment unless you have a life changing event, ie: job loss, change schools, etc. Please call Angie for assistance.
