Rich Krekel, Director of Facilities Management - Responsibilities encompass planning, programming and execution of a viable budget that includes facilities maintenance management, safety, security, real estate, systems management and contracting.

Bill Noyes, Maintenance Chief - Performs duties as the resident overall maintenance handyman which includes 1st and 2nd echelon maintenance of HVAC, electricity and plumbing, carpentry and welding.

Wayne Clark, Maintenance Lead - Performs duties as the resident professional wall finisher and painter. Manages all setups for special events. Manages the janitorial team that's responsible for the cleanliness of the church, day care, school, ministry center and conference center.
